		<description>When I&#039;m really irritated I need the walk or to deep breathe accompanied by peace and quiet - turn off tv, radio and away from my loud family. A doctor told me this fits with my ADHD, and it suddenly made perfect sense.  I wasn&#039;t just an old party pooper!</description>
